You are buying the SUPER sexy one piece bodysuit that you see. It has a deep V shape of red accent and everything else is black. It features see-thru lace just about everywhere, some wonderful accents, and a snap crotch. There are a couple of very small repairs in the lace - this is inevitable for a vintage and delicate item. It is marked a size small. Trust me, you won't fit in this thing if you aren't pretty dang small. It also won't you if you have a larger chest.
There isn't a name brand anywhere. It is quality USA made and judging by the tag, it's from the 80's or so.
The shoulder straps are NOT adjustable.
